-Attend 4 vendor appointments with the couple

-Receiving and handling deliveries/greeting vendors

-Ongoing consultation as needed

-Develop and Define color scheme

-Help implement theme and favors.

-Advice on etiquette and timeliness

-I can also assist in invitations(from design to RSVP Tracking system)

-Design layout of ceremony and reception

-Coordination of rehearsal (max. 2 hours)

-Day-of coordination for no less than 8 hours

-Finalize vendor payments

-Troubleshoot any issues that may arrive

-an assistant will be provided at no additional cost to the couple

 

"Tulips"-Partial Services:

This package is designed for the bride that has completed some planning of

her wedding. You will receive everything in "Roses" full-service package with

the exception of only 2 vendor appointments and 40 hours of consultation as oppose to unlimited. Rates will be discussed

 

 

 

If you need help on that special day

-3-hour meeting with the couple prior to the day of the event

-Make sure the couple is comfortable

-Assist the Bridal party in getting dressed

-Organize and Direct the flow of the event

-Handle all deliveries

-Help with set-up of the venue

-will assist with breakdown as well

-Coordinate and pay vendors

-Meet and Greet guests

-will provide an assistant at no additional cost to the couple

 

*to include the coordination of rehearsal day the fee is an extra $75 for 2 hours max.
