THE MILLIE
Day of Coordination Only
Day of Wedding Hours: 11 hours of coordination
1 Planner
Receives timeline from the couple 4 weeks prior and executes the event based on the couple’s planning efforts. We will have one meeting before the wedding to discuss the timeline provided by the client and any important details for the day of. The coordinator will keep the day on schedule and coordinate with vendors starting 4 weeks before wedding date. Requires all vendor contacts to ensure there is proper communication on the day of the wedding.

THE LEA
Planning and Day of Coordination
Day of Wedding Hours: Set up to tear down
1 Planner & 1 Coordinator
3 months before your wedding we start communicating with all your booked vendors, and we ensure that the timeline we create aligns with your vision for the day of. We will gather all the necessary details to execute a flawless day. The coordination package includes the creation of the timeline & floor plan. 1 planner will be there on the wedding day from set-up to tear-down to execute the wedding. 1 additional coordinator will be there to help coordinate the day of.

THE MARIE
Planning, Day of Coordination, and Partial Design
Day of Wedding Hours: Set up to tear down
1 Planner & 1 Coordinator
After you book the Marie package, this starts the planning process! You will get a questionnaire, where you decide what 2 areas you would like Lovely to plan. Two weeks after we receive that questionnaire, you'll get a customized design board with those areas. For example, if you need DJ and Florals, we got you! Stationery and Catering. Florals and Cake. What vendor duo do you need us to tackle? You choose two areas you need full planning in! You decide what works for YOU!

THE JEAN
Full Design, Planning, and Day Of Coordination
Day of Wedding Hours: Set up to tear down
1 Planner & 2 Coordinators
Booking the Jean Package begins a month-to-month planning process. Within 2 weeks of form submission post-booking, you’ll receive a personalized design board tailored to your liking. We handle everything - vendor contracts, budget, timeline, floor plan, and vendor communication. Our role is to provide expert design guidance for every wedding decision, ensuring your vision is executed.
This is the only package we offer that includes 3 coordinators on the day of the wedding.

Lovely Custom Design Board:
Starting at $250, our custom design board includes a curated list of vendor recommendations tailored to your budget, city/venue, and date. It features carefully chosen photos, and it's designed to enhance your planning experience. You will receive this no more than 2 weeks after filling out the design form.
Hourly Rate:
For personalized planning consultation outside of a package, our hourly rate is $100. For anyone who needs specific help, this is the perfect option for you.
